    We provide technical drawing packages for planning applications, building control projects, extensions, loft conversions, change of use, and HMO projects. We support both residential and commercial projects.
  • 02. Do you conduct site surveys?
    Currently, we do not provide on-site survey services within the UK. Our process relies on existing measurements, sketches, scanned drawings, and interior/exterior photographs provided by our partners. We guide you on the necessary information.
  • 03. What software do you use?
    Our team specializes in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit. All drawings are prepared according to UK standards. Deliverables are in PDF format, with DWG files available upon request.
  • 04. What is your turnaround time?
    Our typical delivery time for standard planning projects is 1–3 business days after project approval. More complex projects may require additional time.
  • 05. How is your pricing structured?
    Each project is individually priced based on scope and complexity. We provide a clear quotation after reviewing your documents. Our goal is to deliver high quality at competitive rates.
  • 06. How does the payment process work?
    For new clients, payments for small-scale projects are collected prior to commencement. For larger or ongoing partnerships, staged payments or monthly invoicing options are available. Payments can be made via UK bank transfer or Wise.
  • 07. Can I request revisions?
    Yes, reasonable revisions within the original brief are included in the fee. Significant changes may require a revised quotation.
  • 08. Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?
    Absolutely. We prioritize confidentiality and are happy to sign NDAs upon request.
  • 09. Are you familiar with local planning policies?
    Yes. With over 300 projects completed in partnership with UK architecture and planning firms, we have extensive knowledge of local authority requirements.
  • 10. Do you provide planning consultancy or submit applications?
    We are a technical drawing service provider. Planning consultancy and application submissions are managed by your planning consultant or architectural firm. We prepare all necessary drawings and documentation to support the process.
