We accept payments through credit card or electronic bank transfer (EFT), ensuring a secure and convenient transaction process.
1 - Initially, you share existing building measurements (sketches or DWG/DXF files), detailed interior and exterior photos, and a description of the planned changes with us via email, WhatsApp, or Slack.
2 - Our project manager reviews your requirements and provides a preliminary assessment and quotation within 24 hours.
3 - Upon mutual approval, project drawings are delivered to you in PDF format within 1–3 working days. DWG files are available upon request.
4 - Payment Policy:
. For new collaborations, an upfront payment or staged payment model is applied based on project scale.
. For small projects, payment is collected after quotation approval. For medium to large projects, a 30% deposit at the start and 70% prior to delivery model can be applied.
. Invoices and payment details are provided separately for each project.
